TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum is $25.00 excluding shipping. Payments can be made by check, E-Check, money order, VISA, Mastercard or Discover. All Payments must be made in US funds drawn on a US bank including APO's, FPO's, Parcel Post and foreign countries. If a charge is declined, a check or money order is needed to complete the order.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order. Since we manufacture all of our Mylar® sleeves, these products may be occasionally on back order. In that event, please allow up to six to eight weeks for delivery. Please indicate if you want us to back order or split your shipment.

PRE-ORDERS
In order for manufacturers to gage the amount of product they will need to produce, they will inform their Distributors two or three months in advance to start placing their orders. This is called a pre-order and is paid at the time the order is placed. Pre-orders can take up to three months, are not guaranteed, are non-cancelable and are available on a first come first serve basis. In the event that the manufacturer allocates or decreases the amount of product, refunds will be given on those items we cannot ship. If ordering multiple items, freight charges will be shown on the first invoice. Bill Cole Enterprises is not responsible for any allocations and/or any delays by our manufacturers.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY
We offer our customers a 100% unlimited guarantee on every product we manufacture or distribute. This means that if you wish to return materials, we will take them back and issue you a merchandise credit (less shipping charges) as long as that merchandise is in resaleable condition. Note: No partial packaging can be accepted. In the unlikely event you receive defective merchandise, BCE will replace all defective products at no charge, including shipping. However, if you decide that you wish to cancel the order and not let us correct it, then it is your responsibility to return the merchandise to us at your expense. A merchandise credit will be issued as stated above. This guarantee does not apply to software as all software sales are non-returnable.

CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL ORDERS
PayPal orders can only be shipped to the confirmed address on file with PayPal. This is for your protection against unauthorized use of your PayPal account.

For credit card orders, we must have the name of the bank that issued the credit card as well as the expiration date and the CID number on the back of the card to avoid delays. Your card will not be charged until the order is shipped. All orders are shipped via FedEx, therefore a valid FedEx address is required (no P.O. boxes please). Visa, MasterCard and Discover orders must follow these guidelines if you would like your merchandise to be shipped to an address other than the one on the credit card bank statement::

1. Send or fax us a copy of your credit card
2. Send or fax us a copy of the top portion of your credit card statement showing the billing address
3. Include your signature of authorization releasing us from liability if we ship to a different address.

Use your personal check to ship to a different address by using our new: E-Checks: This is a new method of payment that Bill Cole Enterprises has developed to make it easier than ever to place your order. For those customers who do not have a credit card or who wish to have their order shipped to a different address, then this is the perfect way to do it.

Please give us the name and address of your bank, with phone number, your check number, account number, your bank’s routing number and branch number which is located near the upper right hand corner. We also need your home address that is listed on the check. (No PO boxes). Along with your drivers license and the issuing state. If you need to see where the numbers are located, please see the attachment. Only checks drawn on a U.S. Bank are accepted. Also note that we process all checks through Tele Check Services.



LIMITS OF LIABILITY
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests we believe reliable, but the accuracy of completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied: seller's and manufacturer's obligation shall be to replace such quantities of the product to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury loss or damage direct or consequential, arising from the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using user should determine the suitability of the product for the intended use , and user assumes all the risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Any statement or recommendation not contained in this catalog will not have any effect unless in an agreement signed by the officers of seller or manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Now charge your order using Visa, MasterCard or Discover by enabling us to ship your order via FedEx. This allows lower rates than Parcel Post, faster delivery as well as easier and faster processing of orders and tracing of packages. All the necessary forms are prepared by BCE. Since International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and/or tariffs or restrictions, BCE may bill those charges in the event that the delivering carrier did not initially do so. All other terms and conditions apply.
